Kathy often offers career development advice and insider knowledge to both candidates and clients to further build their personal knowledge and success. Relating to her new restaurant opening experiences, Kathy demonstrates passion, purpose, and urgency to get the job done when time is a critical factor

Kathy’s marketing strategies include email, social media, and content marketing. Utilizing advertising
influence, direct, SEO, and her personal favorite, word of mouth. She stays joined together to her communities with Ambassador roles with the Area Chamber of Commerce.

Kathy has a long successful history of working in the Service Industry in Restaurants and Hotels, working through all the ups, downs, and in-betweens. Her work experience includes supporting her chefs, kitchen manager, general manager, front of house manager, bar manager, and in almost every role, from dishwasher, line cook, server to host.
Kathy has mastered the science of organizational development and leadership.

Kathy started her journey in the recruiting world when she started her own consulting business. It is an area she has always had a passion for, and given the energy to focus solely on recruiting, she decided to look into a partnership with Goodwin Recruiting and couldn’t be happier with that decision!
