Bill brings a grassroots understanding of the needs of his clients based on his years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry.
Bill has a long history in hospitality, starting in restaurants at 14 years old. He started his career in the kitchen and worked his way up from dishwasher to Operational Vice President. Bill worked in casual dining, fast casual, and sports entertainment facilities. While working, Bill attended school earning degrees in Culinary management, hospitality, and finally his MBA.
Bill started his foray into the recruiting world and started his own consulting business after seeing the increased need to attract more people into the hospitality industry, a world he loves. He is enjoying his partnership with Goodwin Recruiting!
