Training Manager / Floor Manager

Well-Known Local Restaurant Concept

$24/hour

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager who will also work as a Floor Manager for a respected, high-volume local restaurant concept. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and is passionate about training teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • A true passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and develop staff
  • Hands-on floor presence with the ability to manage pace, people, and service flow
  • A track record of creating a warm, welcoming, and positive guest atmosphere
