We are a well-established and well-reputed restaurant group looking for a Front-of-House Manager in our upscale, polished casual concept in Davenport, IA. The environment is a fun, energetic, and hip place for both clientele and employees. We are looking for a positive, team-oriented, and results-oriented Manager to join our growing team! The perfect Restaurant Manager will lead by example and be instrumental in growing the brand!
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant leadership role
- Previous experience in a full-service dining environment
- Great personality with high energy and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management mindset
- Experience in high volume setting-between $3-$5 million
- A good understanding of company culture and taking care of employees
- 55-hour workweek and stamina of being on your feet a lot
