General Manager – Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-volume restaurant or hospitality management
Proven leadership skills with the ability to oversee teams of 50 employees
A hands-on, guest-centric management style
Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

General Manager – Preferred Background and Skills

Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations while delivering exceptional guest service
Experience in driving profitability and managing multimillion-dollar annual revenue
