We are seeking motivated Junior to Mid-Level Commercial Debt Attorneys to join our growing legal team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive compensation, strong mentorship, and an excellent quality of life with no billable hour requirement.
Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute effective litigation strategies
- Provide timely, practical, and strategic legal advice to clients
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment
Litigation Attorney Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial and/or civil litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures
- Solid understanding of civil procedure and legal terminology
- Trial experience as first or second chair is highly preferred
- Proficiency in WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Legal Solutions
- Knowledge of bankruptcy law is a plus; strong attention to detail is required
