Join a dynamic organization as an HR Manager responsible for all HR operations for the Houston office. This is a hands-on role managing compliance, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR systems, and performance processes. You will also support global HR initiatives impacting the U.S. and international workforce.

HR Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR-related certifications preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or HR manager experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems
- Experience coordinating payroll and benefits administration
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
HR Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

- Direct and clear communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable balancing strategy and hands-on tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
HR Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations for approximately 30 employees in Houston
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and workers’ compensation
- Maintain accurate records within ADP HRIS and ensure data integrity
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Houston-based roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Serve as primary HR contact for employees and leaders, addressing employee relations issues with professionalism
- Facilitate performance review cycles and support training and development initiatives
- Track HR metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and annual open enrollment
- Support salary review processes and market benchmarking
