We are seeking an Executive Director to lead a dynamic and growing non-profit organization for relocation to Orlando, FL committed to making a positive impact in the LGBTQ+ community. As Executive Director, you will serve as the organization’s chief executive, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and external representation. You will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure mission alignment, financial stability, and programmatic excellence.

Executive Director Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic vision and leadership, ensuring mission alignment and long-range organizational success.
• Partner with the Board on governance, strategic planning, and organizational priorities.
• Oversee program delivery, operations, and staff development to drive high-impact outcomes.
• Lead financial stewardship and revenue strategy, including fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships.

Executive Director Qualifications:

• Significant leadership experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization, preferably LGBTQ+, ideally at a senior management or executive level.
• Proven executive or senior leadership experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
• Strong expertise in organizational strategy, operational management, and team leadership.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor cultivation, and grant development.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
