About the Role

The Sous Chef will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring flawless execution of service, consistency of dishes, and adherence to the restaurant’s elevated standards. This position requires a strong technician with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a passion for mentorship.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine to uphold the restaurant’s Michelin-level excellence while contributing creativity, discipline, and leadership to the kitchen.
