Executive Sous Chef Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary $72,000–$82,000, depending on experience

Executive Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Head Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide honest feedback with compassion and emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to uphold outstanding food quality, health standards, and kitchen safety protocols
- Strong understanding of kitchen financials: GP, labor management, inventory, and stock control
- A motivational leader committed to team success

Executive Sous Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead by example, creating a positive, inclusive kitchen environment where your team feels supported and celebrated
- Develop and mentor culinarians at all levels, fostering continuous growth
- Ensure every dish is prepared to exceptional standards, equipping your team with the necessary skills
- Maintain impeccable food safety, sanitation, and kitchen health standards
- Support all aspects of kitchen financial performance including COGS, labor costs, waste reduction, and stock control
- Partner with the Head Chef to recruit, train, and build a strong, cohesive team rooted in culture and accountability
