Requirements:

5 years leadership in high-volume, mostly scratch kitchen
Solid grasp of restaurant financials, including effective management of COGS and labor.
Proven track record of loyalty and professional growth
Strong leadership presence in the kitchen with great attention to detail during service
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment
Passion for coaching and teaching staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Backgrounds in family dining, busy casual dining, or cafeteria settings will be considered
