Requirements:

  • 5 years leadership in high-volume, mostly scratch kitchen
  • Solid grasp of restaurant financials, including effective management of COGS and labor.
  • Proven track record of loyalty and professional growth
  • Strong leadership presence in the kitchen with great attention to detail during service
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment
  • Passion for coaching and teaching staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Backgrounds in family dining, busy casual dining, or cafeteria settings will be considered
