Executive Sous Chef

Executive Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a kitchen lead or supervisory position in an upscale kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food preparation methods and creativity.
Culinary degree is a plus.
High energy and a positive attitude with a passion for preparing great food.

Executive Sous Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Create special menus, wine dinners, and chef's table experiences regularly.
Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and safe work practices.
Strive to ensure all guests are happy with their dining experience.
Maintain excellent food quality and assist in training other team members.
