A beloved restaurant group in the DMV is looking for Sous Chefs to join their growing team. If you thrive in a busy kitchen and love leading people, this is the move.

What You’ll Do:

Lead BOH operations
Maintain recipe + food quality standards
Train and coach kitchen staff
Support multiple locations as needed

Who You Are:

2–5 years BOH leadership
Strong in high-volume operations
Positive, organized, and a natural coach
