General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant with bar
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of providing exceptional guest service.
Ability to maintain high standards of performance while being personable and fair in employee development.
Must pass SIDA Badging to work after security at the airport.

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

High charisma and energy, with a strong commitment to hospitality.
Experience in developing and managing financial plans for restaurants.
