General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant with bar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to maintain high standards of performance while being personable and fair in employee development.
- Must pass SIDA Badging to work after security at the airport.
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- High charisma and energy, with a strong commitment to hospitality.
- Experience in developing and managing financial plans for restaurants.
