A highly respected restaurant group in the DMV is looking for Fast Casual Managers to join their flagship bakery/café concept. If you love leading upbeat teams, driving great hospitality, and working in a fast-moving environment, this is worth a look.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily bakery/café operations
Coach and support a guest-focused team
Deliver warm, memorable hospitality
Maintain standards + drive sales initiatives
