Human Resource Manager

Human Resource Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $80K–$90K.
- No nights or weekends required.

Human Resource Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of HR management or generalist experience, preferably in hospitality or food production.
- Experience running payroll for multi-location or multi-entity businesses is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and payroll regulations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work directly with Directors and Owners in a high-accountability environment.
Human Resource Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) is a strong plus.
Human Resource Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruiting for all locations, coordinating with GMs, Executive Chefs, and Directors.
- Manage payroll for all locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees, supporting leadership with conflict resolution and coaching.
- Maintain and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
- Develop training materials and assist with training and policy education across both companies.
- Oversee accident reporting and workers’ compensation claims, upholding safety standards in all locations.
