General Manager Qualifications:

3-5 years of restaurant General Manager experience
Strong background in guest service and hospitality
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and KPIs
Ability to uphold and enforce policies and procedures
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Focus on culture, professionalism, and team support

General Manager Responsibilities:

Direct overall restaurant operations
Achieve financial, quality, service, and cleanliness targets
Ensure prompt, professional guest service at all times
Select, train, coach, and supervise team members
Maintain compliance with SOPs and company policies
Resolve guest questions and operational issues
Oversee accurate and timely reporting and record keeping
Suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
Build strong working relationships with team and corporate staff
Drive restaurant profitability in line with expectations
