Vascular Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with orthopedic, vascular or pain management
Active DEA license
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
Able to maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in the EHR system

Vascular Nurse Practitioner Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary in the $150K-$170K range
Productivity bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday
