A growing company, that combines a fully autonomous restaurant platform, combined with AI robotics, is seeking a strong Financial Operations & HR Manager. This is a hybrid opportunity.
Financial Operations & HR Manager Responsibilities:
- In charge of all financial operations and oversee HR team
- Directly supervises, oversees, guides, coach, and mentor a team
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and hire new team members
- Community-focused
- Strong communication skills as well as ensure compliance with corporate offices
Financial Operations & HR Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of financial management and 3+ years of HR management or administration
- Strong understanding of GAAP, budgets, financial software and HRIS systems
- Outstanding ability in recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Restaurant or food service experience is a strong plus
Financial Operations & HR Manager Benefits:
- Salary $80k to $90k
- Bonus of shares in the company (to be determined)
- Healthcare
- This is a Hybrid role, 3 days in office and 2 days working from home (as needed)
