Civil Project Manager (PE or PE-Track) – Land Development / Site Design
Central Virginia | Base $140K–$150K + OTE up to $165K | Relocation Provided | Hybrid Flexibility

What You’ll Do
- Lead land development and site design projects from concept through construction.
- Manage, mentor, and develop engineers and designers.
- Review, prepare, and certify/stamp engineering plans and reports (or assist if PE pending).
- Oversee grading, stormwater, utilities, and roadway design.
- Serve as the primary client contact for coordination, permitting, and delivery.
- Control proposals, budgets, and schedules with full project accountability.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
- 6+ years of civil/site design or land development experience.
- Virginia PE license (or active EIT on the PE track).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Leadership mindset and strong client-facing skills.
