Are you a driven Structural Engineer passionate about designing safe, efficient, and innovative structures? We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality structural design and consulting services across a variety of construction projects — partnering closely with architects, contractors, and building owners to bring complex designs to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive structural design and consulting services for a range of construction projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure designs meet safety, compliance, and performance standards.
- Conduct on-site inspections and prepare detailed engineering analyses and reports.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support continuous improvement in design practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Georgia or eligibility for reciprocity.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design and consulting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, including steel and reinforced concrete.
- Familiarity with IBC, ASCE 7, and other applicable building codes and standards.
- Proven experience conducting field inspections and preparing comprehensive engineering reports.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on precision and quality.
