Manage high-volume service efficiently.
Control costs and labor effectively while maintaining quality.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in food service management.
Proven team-building skills.
Strong guest and client service abilities.
Experience in high-volume operations.
Full understanding of cost and labor control.
Complete understanding of food allergies is a must.
Flexibility to work alternating nights, days, and weekends for a balanced work-life integration.
