Join a leading retail organization as the Buyer for Grocery, where you’ll drive category strategy, optimize product mix, and boost profitability through data-driven decisions. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives on building strong supplier partnerships and leading cross-functional initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute data-driven category strategies that maximize revenue and margins.
Manage pricing, assortment, and promotional activities to deliver results.
Oversee item setup and ensure accurate execution in the company’s Pricebook.
Analyze market, sales, and competitor data to inform decisions.
Negotiate costs, contracts, and trade spend to optimize profitability.
Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor pricing.
Lead product development initiatives and mentor team members.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of Grocery category management experience in retail.
Proven skills in analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Experience managing supplier relationships.
Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency (SQL is a plus).
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
