District Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Multi-unit General Manager or District Manager role.
- Must have a strong fast-casual and/or casual dining restaurant background with a sales volume experience of 3M annually or higher per location
- Tech-savvy: must be comfortable with third-party tech platforms
- Excellent tenure and clear career progression
- Strong leadership & financial skillset; ability to build, develop, and inspire those around you
- The ideal candidate also has a strong culinary background and/or knowledge
