This well known Boston-based concept is searching for a high-energy Sous Chef to join their fun, growing, and hospitality-driven group! This will be for the newest concept that just opened this week! Please submit your resume for immediate consideration.

Sous Chef Qualifications:

Minimum sales volume experience of $4 million.
High energy & positive personality!
Passion for food and culinary
Previous chef experience in a full-service, high-volume concept.
Team player, hands-on management style.
Professional approach in all matters with both guests and staff.
Hungry for growth. This company has only promoted 1 outside GM in the past 6 years.
Must have financial knowledge. Will be P&L-responsible when Executive Chef is absent.
