Restaurant Manager Requirements and Responsibilities

2+ years of restaurant management experience
Ability to thrive in a busy, polished atmosphere
Open to working some late nights
Experience in training, developing, and supporting large teams
Commitment to uphold high service standards to create great guest experiences
Strong bar experience and knowledge – cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
