Restaurant Manager Requirements and Responsibilities
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to thrive in a busy, polished atmosphere
- Open to working some late nights
- Experience in training, developing, and supporting large teams
- Commitment to uphold high service standards to create great guest experiences
- Strong bar experience and knowledge – cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
