Marketing Director – Requirements & Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a director-level leadership role
- Proven background in consumer-facing brands, ideally within lifestyle, sports, hospitality, or entertainment sectors
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and omnichannel campaign strategy
- Experience leading internal teams and managing external agencies or freelancers
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Must Haves
- Develop and evolve the multi-year marketing strategy to align with business growth objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while managing creative and media partners
- Oversee brand voice, positioning, and visual identity to ensure consistency and cultural relevance
- Lead integrated campaigns across social, digital, experiential, and traditional channels
- Drive performance marketing efforts including paid media, SEO, email, and CRM optimization
- Collaborate with events and operations teams to market openings, tournaments, and special activations
- Define and report on KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision making and measurable ROI
Marketing Director – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with community partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer collaborations
- Strong understanding of consumer research, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and analytics
- Track record of scaling brand presence nationally or across multiple locations
- Experience in hospitality (restaurants or hotels) or Family Entertainment Centers.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and creating memorable customer experiences
