Marketing & Brand Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or hospitality
- Proven track record of building or managing a consumer-facing brand
- Strong digital marketing and social media expertise
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns from concept to launch
Marketing & Brand Manager – Must Haves
- Develop and refine brand identity, messaging, and positioning
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications, digital channels, and in-venue experiences
- Plan and execute seasonal and event-based marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement
- Partner with community organizations, schools, and clubs to expand local presence
- Collaborate with internal teams on the promotion and branding of tournaments, parties, and activations
- Track and report brand health, awareness, and performance metrics
Marketing & Brand Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with consumer research, competitive analysis, and reporting on brand KPIs
- Background in managing agency or vendor relationships for creative and media projects
- Understanding of cultural trends across sports, health, and lifestyle sectors
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in hospitality (restaurants or hotels) or Family Entertainment Centers.
- Passion for sports, wellness, and creating memorable community experiences
