Join a passionate hospitality team where every person is important and collectively we do great things. This role supports the Director of Sales & Marketing in managing and executing group sales operations, focusing on designated market segments and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing group sales operations.
• Solicit and manage business from designated market segments.
• Qualify group leads based on room-to-space ratio, pattern placement, and event history.
• Establish food, beverage, and rental minimums.
• Conduct outside sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
• Develop and present customized proposals and contracts.
• Analyze group history to inform future bookings.
• Negotiate contracts to protect hotel interests.
• Lead engaging site inspections for prospective clients.
• Attend Sales, Revenue, and related meetings.
• Inspire team members through positive leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience in a full-service or convention hotel preferred.
• 2 years recent sales experience in the San Antonio market
• Experience with Delphi FDC preferred.
