Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Ensure exceptional food quality and service at all times.
Oversee food ordering, cost control, and labor management.
Lead a positive, high-energy kitchen team, fostering growth and accountability.
Maintain safety and sanitation standards while upholding the brands reputation.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

Sous Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a similar role required.
High-volume experience is a plus.
Culinary degree is a bonus, but not required.
