Overview: Works as a team with BOH and FOH in a growing company.

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years of back of house experience
High-energy, outgoing personality
People-First Mentality: thrives on a team in growing company to achieve targeted food and labor costs
Maintains a working knowledge of all recipes, product and production procedures.
Responsible for ordering all food products according to predetermined product specifications

Sous Chef Preferred Background and Skills:

Manage inventory and warehouse of products.
Management or leadership experience

Sous Chef Must Haves:

Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, local alcohol and safety and security procedures
Able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours. ▪ Able to reach, bend and wipe
