We’re hiring a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join one of our NEW upscale concept in the heart of Covington. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a James Beard Award-winning restaurant group.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Lead and support daily back-of-house operations with precision and consistency
Ensure high standards in food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Train, mentor, and motivate line cooks and prep staff
Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering and cost control
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Sous Chef Qualifications:

High-volume scratch kitchen experience
Experience in upscale casual or fine dining restaurants is required
Culinary degree a plus but not required
