Restaurant Assistant General Manager Salary + Benefits:

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements + Qualifications:

2+ years of leadership experience in a fast casual or quick service restaurant environment
Prior experience with third-party platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc)
Skilled in inventory management and food production scheduling
Proficient in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations (food preparation, recipe execution, customer service)
ServSafe Certification required

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background + Skills:

Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
A genuine desire to connect with guests, create relationships, and "plant roots" in a community
New Restaurant Opening experience is given preference
