General Manager – Chattanooga, TN

General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven fine dining or luxury hospitality experience in high-volume, scratch-kitchen environments
  • Strong wine knowledge and passion for culinary-driven service
  • Inspiring leadership presence with a guest-first mindset
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Stability and a track record of delivering excellence without compromise
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing service team
  • Experience in setting and enforcing hospitality standards across FOH operations
  • Skills in building and executing training programs for consistent service delivery
  • Capability to deliver exceptional VIP experiences with discretion and precision
  • Collaboration with ownership to drive operational excellence and innovation

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Additional experience in high-end restaurant management
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in fine dining
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a Michelin-starred or award-winning restaurant
