General Manager – Chattanooga, TN
Join a prestigious dining destination in Chattanooga, where you will lead front-of-house operations with Michelin-level precision. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about elevating the guest experience and inspiring excellence.
General Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Base Salary: $80K–$130K

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven fine dining or luxury hospitality experience in high-volume, scratch-kitchen environments
- Strong wine knowledge and passion for culinary-driven service
- Inspiring leadership presence with a guest-first mindset
- Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Stability and a track record of delivering excellence without compromise
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing service team
- Experience in setting and enforcing hospitality standards across FOH operations
- Skills in building and executing training programs for consistent service delivery
- Capability to deliver exceptional VIP experiences with discretion and precision
- Collaboration with ownership to drive operational excellence and innovation
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Additional experience in high-end restaurant management
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in fine dining
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a Michelin-starred or award-winning restaurant
