We are seeking a mission-driven Senior Loan Officer This role is ideal for someone with deep credit analysis and risk assessment expertise, a proactive approach to pipeline generation, and a passion for helping local entrepreneurs thrive.

Qualifications:
- Experience – Minimum of 4 years in direct lending with hands-on underwriting, credit analysis, and loan structuring experience.
- Business Development Acumen – Demonstrated ability to generate and convert high-quality loan opportunities.
- Analytical Strength – Skilled in reviewing financial statements, cash flows, and forecasts, and able to explain complex concepts in a clear, accessible way.
- Community Focus – Commitment to expanding access to capital for underserved communities; prior CDFI or community development finance experience strongly preferred.
- Market Knowledge – Familiarity with Boston’s small business ecosystem.
- Cultural & Language Skills – Cultural competency and the ability to engage diverse audiences; fluency in Haitian Kreyol, Cape Verdean Kriol, Spanish, Patois, or other community languages is highly valued.
- Leadership Skills – Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and achieve collective goals.
- Organizational Excellence – Self-directed, adaptable, and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using loan origination systems, CRM tools, and digital outreach platforms.
