What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast-casual or full-service)
- At least 1 year as a General Manager with full P&L responsibility
- Strong operational skills: scheduling, inventory, labor, guest satisfaction
- Proven leadership: can train, develop, and hold teams accountable
- Food Safety & Alcohol Certifications required
- Passion for clean food, purpose-driven concepts, and community impact
- Confident serving as a local brand ambassador
- Hands-on, collaborative leadership style
