Senior Regional Sales Manager Benefits:

Senior Regional Sales Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years of selling 3rd party property management services
- Proven sales results
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Proficient with strategic prospecting, cold outreach, lead management, appointment setting, presentations, and deal closures
- Expert relationship builder and networker
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to seek feedback and support
- Experience providing management and leadership to a Sales team
- Ability to travel regularly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets
Senior Regional Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with storage properties
- Experience with CRM databases
- Existing portfolio and network of contacts
- Prefer those who live in New York, Massachusetts or Connecticut
