Senior Regional Sales Manager Benefits:

Senior Regional Sales Manager Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 4+ years of selling 3rd party property management services
  • Proven sales results
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with strategic prospecting, cold outreach, lead management, appointment setting, presentations, and deal closures
  • Expert relationship builder and networker
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to seek feedback and support
  • Experience providing management and leadership to a Sales team
  • Ability to travel regularly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets

Senior Regional Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with storage properties
  • Experience with CRM databases
  • Existing portfolio and network of contacts
  • Prefer those who live in New York, Massachusetts or Connecticut
