Commercial Lines Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join an outstanding team and help scale an insurance agency with a proprietary commercial insurance program. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with their insurance needs and ensuring an exceptional client experience. We are a unique company looking for someone who is eager to help create, refine, and continually improve the insurance experience for our clients.
Commercial Lines Account Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance
- Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry, including commercial auto
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial Lines Account Manager Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with their insurance needs and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support
- Issue insurance ID cards, certificates of insurance, and other policy documents
- Maintain accurate, clean client records
- Market new business and account renewals, obtaining competitive coverage and cost ratios for clients
- Manage day-to-day account transactions, including additions and deletions of vehicles, property acquisitions, exposure changes, contract reviews, coverage analysis, and program recommendations
- Provide clear answers to clients on coverage or billing questions, including information on rate fluctuations or policy changes
