General Manager – Lead a High-Energy Dining & Entertainment Experience

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience leading high-volume restaurant operations, ideally with an AUV of $4MM+
- Deep understanding of bar operations, service flow, and upselling high-margin menu items
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams of hourly staff and salaried leaders
- Strong command of P&L oversight, labor strategy, and inventory controls
- Comfortable driving guest engagement through entertainment-focused programming
- Proficient with scheduling software, POS systems, and maintaining compliance standards
- Committed to building strong team culture and delivering consistent operational excellence
General Manager Candidates Preferred Skills for
- Experience executing in-store events, brand activations, or themed entertainment nights
- Background in managing multi-revenue stream venues (e.g., restaurant, bar, event space)
