Executive Sous Chef Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Base Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)

Executive Sous Chef Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee à la carte and banquet service across multiple locations
  • Maintain high standards of fine dining and upscale cuisine
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, training, and execution
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain consistent food quality and presentation
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements for Executive Sous Chef Role

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef role
  • Proven experience in high-volume, fine dining, or upscale environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • ServSafe Certification (Required)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-unit kitchen environment
