Assistant Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Training and development of staff
- Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality
- Maintain food safety/sanitation standards
- Responsible as the acting GM while the GM is away
Assistant Manager Qualifications Include:
- Positive career tenure
- Strong desire to lead a team of people
- 1 year of experience as a supervisor in an equivalent role
- Bring integrity with everything you do
- Current Serv Safe Certification
- Basic computer/smartphone skills
