Join a high-performing team at a premier Hotel & Conference property located in the heart of Washington, DC. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager ready to lead strategic initiatives and accelerate revenue growth in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Senior Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary: $80,000–$85,000

Senior Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within at a hotel
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Experience managing key accounts and fostering long-term client relationships
- Ability to collaborate with internal departments to craft tailored proposals and presentations
- Experience mentoring or leading junior sales team members
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Senior Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Prior experience as a Director of Assistant Director of Sales at a hotel or conference center.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Delphi, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Knowledge of Washington, DC corporate and event markets
