As Executive Chef, you’ll lead all kitchen operations, including:
- Managing high-volume production with precision and consistency
- Driving labor and food cost efficiency
- Overseeing staff schedules, training, and development
- Implementing effective purchasing and inventory systems
- Upholding the highest standards in food safety and quality
What We’re Looking For:
- Culinary Arts degree or related certification
- Proven experience leading upscale, multi-million-dollar operations
- Professional, polished presence
- Flexibility to work 45+ hours/week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Current ServSafe Certification
- Expertise in food and alcohol safety
