Business Development Specialist – Restoration Services
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on driving revenue growth within the commercial, industrial, and multi-residential property sectors through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building.
The ideal candidate is a natural hunter with a proven book of business, strong ties to the local community, and a consistent track record of meeting KPIs and sales goals. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and brings experience in the restoration industry—or is currently selling to end-users in related fields such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, flooring, or property management. Key responsibilities include building and executing a territory sales plan, engaging decision-makers in the commercial property sector, representing the company at industry events, delivering tailored presentations and proposals, and tracking performance metrics to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a territory sales plan focused on client acquisition and retention.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers in commercial property sectors.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Deliver customized presentations and proposals to secure new business.
- Track and report performance metrics aligned with company goals.
Business Development Specialist Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in restoration field.
- Established client network and local market knowledge.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the region.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset.
- Deep community involvement.
- Data-driven and performance-focused.
