A fast-growing, collaborative law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its general corporate practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working closely with clients, handling a broad range of business matters, and contributing to both client success and firm growth.
The Opportunity:
- Support clients across general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate structuring
- Draft and review operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and other key corporate documents
- Advise on corporate governance, equity purchase and sale transactions, and contractual matters
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions
- Participate in client development and relationship-building initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of corporate or transactional legal experience
- Experience with M&A, corporate formation, governance, and contract drafting
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Colorado bar license
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $140,000–$150,000, depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus potential with no billable hour requirements
