We’re seeking a strategic, people-centered Corrections Healthcare Director to lead and oversee medical operations across our clients Health Services units. Located in Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area.

Corrections Healthcare Director Responsibilities:

Lead corporate oversight of staffing, financial performance, and administrative operations for multiple correctional healthcare contracts.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards (ACA, NCCHC, Joint Commission) and regulatory guidelines.
Mentor and support on-site Health Services Administrators to maintain high performance and optimal staffing levels.
Monitor and manage budgets, vendor contracts, inventory, and pharmacy operations.
Conduct on-site assessments and support quality improvement initiatives across all units.

Corrections Healthcare Director Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or medical services management.
3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong grasp of correctional healthcare systems and compliance standards is a plus
