What We’re Looking For:
️ Front of House leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
️ Drive-thru operations experience is highly preferred (Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, or similar).
️ A natural motivator who inspires teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
️ Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
️ Solutions-oriented and thrives under pressure.
️ Flexible and committed to working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
