General Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional guest service and fostering team development.
- Recruit, train, and manage a top-tier front and back-of-house team to maintain operational excellence.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing strong operational strategies and guest satisfaction initiatives.
- Maintain high standards for inventory control, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture that encourages personal growth and collaboration.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and operational budgets effectively to optimize efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success in driving sales and operational performance.
